Daily Reports
VineyardElf can generate daily reports on vineyard and winery status, delivered by email or available in the dashboard.
Report contents
Vineyard:
- Min/max/average temperature (air and soil)
- Total rainfall in the last 24 hours
- Current disease risk (4 predictive models)
- BBCH phenological stage of grapevines
- Frost protection status
Winery:
- Temperature and humidity in rooms
- CO₂ concentration (if sensor installed)
- Active fermentations — current temperature and density
Irrigation:
- Water usage in the last 24 hours
- Which zones were active
- Next scheduled irrigation
Configuration
- Go to Dashboard → Report Settings
- Choose the frequency (daily, weekly)
- Set the delivery time (default: 7:00 AM)
- Add recipients (email)
Alerts vs. Reports
Alerts notify you immediately about threats (frost, disease, high temperature). Reports are regular summaries — even when nothing happens, you get an overview of the current status.
